Meeting with us / Our Location

We are located in Southern Oregon area and are able to meet with you in-person at our Ashland area (Arete CrossFit) if you are around! We also have many remote clients whom we currently do phone and video/skype conferences with as well.
**Note: We do have special discounted rates exclusively for students, first responders, couples/families and crossfit gym members! Just ask us for details**


Heart Rate Variability Training

Nathan is a certified HRV Pro Trainer
Train smarter and know how your body really feels without having to guess! Heart Rate Variability training is a method used to determine and adjust the volume and intensity of what your workout should be on that day based on a measurement derived from the patterns of your heart beat each morning. It’s a much more reliable way of knowing when your body is truly ready for movement and exercise or is in need of a recovery day (when your mind may tell you otherwise). Take out the guesswork, use your heart rate!

Nathan is a BioForce Certified HRV Pro Trainer who can help guide you through starting and using your heart rate variability to maximize your fitness potential without under or overtraining.
