We want you to understand the why’s and the how’s of nutrition.

…instead of just telling you what to do, so you are more knowledgeable about how your body will react to and process the foods that you eat. Even if you are familiar with the necessities of an elimination diet, or have been interested in trying “Paleo” or a similar way of eating, we will help you do it right.

We want to hold you accountable and be your mentor, and your coach.

Our nutrition coaching process begins by asking you to take photos of the meals you currently eat each day. Yes, PHOTOS! Seeing what’s on your plate says much more (and is much easier) about what nutrients you’re getting without the hassle of measuring, weighing and being over-the-top precise (we do have those measuring & macronutrient ratio options if you’re looking for super specific performance goals, by the way!) We also find that this keeps you accountable and on top of noticing your nutrition…even down to those minor snacks you have.

Based on your meals, we will put together a nutrition plan that you can work into your current lifestyle with modifications that you feel comfortable making (building habits starts with small changes (that seem too easy) that you can accomplish each day until you are ready to take on bigger changes.

We keep the focus on what’s real, wholesome, and sustainable for you. 

Our focus will always be on wholesome, nutrient dense foods first. (and never the “fast-result” cleansing diets or ones heavily reliant on quick shakes or supplements).

We too, at one point, found ourselves transitioning away from a conventional American diet to a diet rich in nutrient-dense foods…we’ve experimented with food portions, elimination diets, Paleo, Whole30, Zone Diet, measuring macronutrients, and reintroducing foods back into our diet to see not only how our body reacts, but how our client’s react. So, we know what to expect and we understand what you’re going through, and we can share our experiences along the way.

We’re here to coach you and help transition you to a wholesome diet that best tailors to your specific body’s needs and to understand your specific goals and lifestyles. We want to share our experiences with you to help guide you along this journey.
