What are the types of things you should be looking for to know whether or not the specialist whom you’re getting dietary advice from is worth it or not?

Why is it that some nutritionists do not choose to go through the Registered Dietician program? What makes a nutritionists and nutritional coaches (or even a dietitian) a great coach?
